🤔: Juicy chicken atop Japanese white rice and paired with an onsen egg. Rice was softer than I would like it, but that’s just my personal opinion. Usually not a fan of teriyaki anything as it can get kinda sweet but the marinade here was just nice! Chicken wasn’t dry and there was also quite a generous portion of it.
