This was definitely worth the hype (good reviews they been getting)! We were lucky to avoid the dinner crowd when we arrived around 6pm, waited only about 5 minutes before we got a seat.

That said, the congee was smooth & delicious, with a strong wok hei taste (heard that their congee takes about 5 hours to be prepared) while the sliced parrot fish belly was thick, very fresh & tender. This is comfort food at its very best!
