(SGD$12) A generous portion of warm fries with mentaiko sauce. This is a uniquely flavourful sauce made from fish roe (think sushi dressing) and subtle mayonnaise. The mentaiko taste is prominent enough to somewhat overpower the mayonnaise taste which is a positive effect in my opinion.
