CHAR SIEW is well-roasted with smoky taste, soft to chew, not dry & not too fat; love the sweet & sticky dark sauce that coats the meat; not a fan of char siew but this one makes me craving for more; probably 1 of the best char siew I've eaten; a must-try..
CRISPY ROAST BELLY is well-roasted to crispy skin while meat remains tender, moist & soft to bite; well-marinated as no pork stench; with some mild western herb taste (cannot remember remember name); meat is lean & not salty..
