This might be the best Wagyu steak I've had for the past year(if only i wasnt reviewing it in jan)

Usually Wagyu is chewy and while this was still inevitably chewy in the centre, the part where it just turns from Grey to pink had the tenderness and very little chewiness. Absolutely in love with that texture and my dream steak would probably have that texture throughout

Otherwise, the textures of onions were REALLY good too, as well as the super buttery and smooth cauliflower puree and i loved this dish
