First thought that came to my mind when this was served - wedding banquet cold plate - which was a good thing because I get to taste different dishes in one awesome platter!

Two favourites here:
Mango croquettes which is both fruity and savoury, really appetizing. Dip these batter-fried goodness with the mayo sauce for more kick.
Fried baby squid which stays crispy throughout our meal. Highly addictive and good as a dish on its own!
The other two appetizers (smoked duck and papaya salad) may be a tad too heavy for people who have a light palate.
