Cheng Ji Chao Xia Mian Hao Jian - 成记炒虾面蚝煎 (#01-59) only sells two dishes, Hokkien Prawn Noodles and Oyster Omelette. Both were as popular amongst the foodies at Seah Im Food Centre. And I can now see why.

The oysters were relatively plump and bouncy. My favourite part has to be that stir-fried starch mixed with egg batter. The light crisp and soft wobbly consistency is my delightful indulgence. Moreover, I love dipping every single bite in that tad sweet but spicy aromatic chilli sauce. 😋
