On my slew of burpplebeyond redemptions; there were hits and misses. Then for the pizza above I’d say they fall right in the middle- as comforting wood brick oven pizza. Not the best pizza there is out there but yet of a certain standard you’d return for. One indicator was the ease in finishing the thin oven baked crust, quite good I must say. However on my return visit I’d opt for other pizza flavours as the Pizza al Quattro Formaggi above felt like a slight overkill with its cheese and white sauce.
As for the pastas here they are cooked al dente unless otherwise requested, in good sauces like the crab Capellini al Granchio we got.
