This sandwich packed a flavour punch! I honestly would rate that among the ten best sandwiches I have ever eaten. The broccoli 🥦 falafel was super garlicky which might have been too much for some but I am a garlic fiend and I love strong flavours. Between the two slices of exquisitely sour sourdough and complementing the falafel perfectly was iceberg lettuce, tzaziki, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries 😙👌 .
