Taste wise, this was the group’s preferred dish (along with its tuna steak) of prawns in virgin olive oil and garlic - we ended up mopping our fries and burger buns in the sauce! But, would have also appreciated the use of bigger and fresher prawns - missed that extra umami prawn head flavour.
