Prepared right in front of your eyes, the chef swishes the delicate beef slices in the sukiyaki broth before delicately placing it on top a bed of rice and uber soft tofu. Itโ€™s been a while since Iโ€™ve had such entrancing beef; fatty, rich, melt-in-your-mouth goodness! Open from next week onwards, I expect queues for their limited seating, so head down early!
