I've always loved silky smooth toFU & this rendition at Ocean Resturant simply takes it up a notch! 🌟 Featuring silken tofu doused in oriental dressing, topped with crunchy diced tomatoes 🍅 & fish roe bursting with umami, Amuse Bouche was a brilliant play on textures. 💕
