Soft tortilla skin topped with lamb shoulder, chopped onions and drizzled with salsa sauce. Lamb shoulder is quite flavourful, even without the salsa sauce. It looks dry to me on the first look but the meat is really tender in texture.

Another recommended item on the menu is the pulled pork. Topped it off with some pineapple slice to give the taco a nice crunch!
