the dry ban mian was really good, I totally recommended this. the sauce is savoury and nice and I love how the fried scallions and ikan bilis complete the dish.
the mee hoon kuay soup has a really nice tasting soup, and the mee hoon kuay itself have a texture that reminds me of kway chap. it is less chewy but it's smooth to bite.
expect to see mushrooms and chinese spinach in both dishes. the minced meat in both dishes was also well-seasoned and flavourful.
the chilli sauce at the side is really good. at one little taste of the chilli, it gives you the instant kick from the spiciness.
