What stood out for me was the thick, succulent, juicy fillet of duck breast, which had a beautiful delicate smoky savoury salty flavour, with a light bouncy chew to texture.

Served with a side salad using fresh ingredients that Chef Wan has (which means it differs from the menu), during our visit, this featured tender carrots, juicy peas, and crunchy baby corn, all with vegetal sweet flavour.
