We all know that velvet cakes are mostly made possible because of the amount of colouring added to the dough, but the Blue Velvet Cake here had more touch-ups to make it my choice this visit.

Other than having a more dense cake layers, the frosting used on the cake was much tastier as opposed to the usual icing cream. And for a consistent finish, the shredded coconuts were coloured blue as well, giving it the unnatural yet beautiful finish.

Rather than getting a slice of cake at S$9.00, why not go for their weekday afternoon cake set, which includes a slice of cake and choice of coffee or tea, for just S$10.00 nett?
