✨ Found @sidewayssg on @burpple beyond ✨it’s a woodfired restaurant that specialises in serving Mediterranean inspired tapas. Their bread are made and baked in house using their own wood-fires brick oven🔥 ⭐️we got their avo pesto dip (with bread) ($12), roasted shrimp with basil ($14), smoked pork belly ($15), blackened barramundi ($28)⭐️ I really love the bread and dip! The bread is soft fluffy and crusty on the outside, the avo dip is smooth and fresh😌 the blackened cod has the most interesting crust I have seen on a fish fillet, it looks really weird/wrong as a whole but taste pretty good, would like more favor/taste on the crust though😂 last but not least, their smoked pork belly⭐️⭐️⭐️ OMG ITS SO SOFT, slides down your throat, amazing how the meat and fat integrates together🤤🤤🤤 however without @burpple 1 for 1, it’s really pricey for the quantity:/ wasn’t particularly filling after all 3 courses hmmm🤔✨ tip: they have draft imported beers too that you can taste first before getting them;) be sure to ask hehe✨
