One thing good about Antipodean is that they definitely don't skimp on the portions.

This post breakfast Burmese Chicken Salad turned out to be quite delightful.
You get a generous pile of julienned white cabbage, topped with their shredded chicken (not overly tough), caramelized onion goodness and adorned with plum tomatoes on the side.

As you dig in, hidden inside are some spinach leaves and diced tomatoes, while the yellowish salad dressing oozes out.
I suspect it's some sort of satay marinade (not the peanut sauce)

The tangy dressing combined with the sweet caramelized onions and crunchy cabbage makes for a delightful and not too heavy combination.

Would order again!
