This dish was well executed. The Harissa basted lamb cutlets are well marinated, meat was succulent with well proportioned fats left on bone served with herb roasted chili pumpkin, parsnip purée, sautéed vegetables (asparagus, broccolini & carrot) and rosemary minted sauce. I love the sautéed vegetables! RM83 per serving.
