Available only till end of March and exclusively at the Cathay outlet, this 4-in-1 softserve is the perfect solution when you are spoilt for choices. A combination of kurogoma (black sesame), houjicha, matcha and Hokkaido milk, I opted for less black sesame and more houjicha instead due to personal preference. Portion is the same as the upsized one, hence do grab a friend to share this with you, unless you have a fetish for desserts like me 😉. Okay I actually got a friend to share this with me due to my loathe for black sesame but otherwise, I would gladly indulge in this all by myself😌. The softserve remains smooth, creamy and thick without melting too fast even though I took quite long for the shots 🙊. My personal favourite would be the houjicha, with its intense lingering roasted aroma that stood out against the matcha and Hokkaido milk on top of it. As for black sesame, I wouldn’t be able to give my comment since I am an anti-fan of it but according to my dining partner, it was her favourite flavour among all! The only question is, where’s my cat tongue biscuit?😿 [PS: Its not included in the softserve by default but I certainly do wish it would be as it’s one of my favourite topping actually!] .
