Given that many stalls in this food centre operates for the dinner and supper crowds, I was glad that Chong Pang Huat (#01-28) was open for business before 5.00pm.

Their satays (S$0.60 each) were marinated with a slightly sweet finish and some traces of spice, but the satays were very well-grilled, I must say. I think the pork satay was the best, because the small cube of fat was quite yummy when I chewed it. I felt that their satay sauce was also generous with peanut chunks, making it quite thick when I coated my satay with sauce.
