Shandong dumplings are basically traditional Chinese style dumplings filled with broth and meat. Super succulent and extremely tasty. Goes great with the vinegar and the chili bean paste. Love the generous portions here as well. Apart from the steamed version, they also do it Fried or with Red (chili) Oil. Run by Chinese and also patronized by many Chinese locals so you know they're doing something right.
