⚠️📢ALERT : HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE !!HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
Went for dinner today..we entered through the opening inside bugis junction mall.

A Filipina waitress pounced upon us and berated us for entering through the wrong entrance. We apologized and complied, already turned off by her attitude.

We exited the mall and were waiting outside the glass door entrance of Josh Grill. There was a sign on the glass door "Please wait to be seated" The same staff came out and scolded us AGAIN for standing at the wrong marker!!

By this time, it seemed that she was nitpicking on which marker we were standing. We were so annoyed that she STILL DID NOT start checking the vaccination status etc. We left the restaurant shortly after, as the mood to dine there had disappeared.
