Always love the buns at Just Dough but this is the first time I’ve tried the coconut flavour! The delightfully soft and chewy mantou is filled with a generous amount of toasted dessicated coconut. The filling is not overly sweet or dry, providing a satisfying burst of gula melaka juice with each bite. This will definitely be on my regular rotation from now on!
