A super light and refreshing cake option for after a heavy meal. Can definitely finish a slice on my own! Its sweet but doesn't feel overly laden with sugar, and there's actual chunks of mangoes which provides a refreshing flavourful burst. The mango flavoured mousse kind of reminds me of mango pudding! Would have liked for the lavender fragrance to be incorporated in some other way instead of having the floral bits on top of the cake, which had me grimacing at their much too strong perfumey flavour when i bit into them
