One of the many deliriously delicious dishes I had the pleasure of tonight: the Oignon doux des Cevennes. In English, it probably means onion soup but calling this bowl of sublime, frothy, creamy, sweet, complex concoction in which hides a 62 degree egg that, is terribly insulting.

Steve G Nearly every dish was spectacular! 😄 I was only not too keen on the icy-cold preparation style of the oysters. But then again oysters have never been my thing anyway.
