1. Homemade Fish Balls and Fish cake Braised with 'Tianjin' cabbage in Superior Broth 🐡

Yellow eel fish balls, fish cake & cabbage in superior broth tt is cooked from hrs of simmering chicken & pork bones.

I was pretty sure tt this is gonna taste good. But i didn't expect it to taste soooo good! It's super flavourful & the sweetness is amazing! ❤

2. Crispy Fried Pork Belly & Water Chestnut Rolls Tossed in Sweet & Sour Sauce 🐷

Minced pork belly & water chestnut wrapped in pig's caul fat, steamed, deep fried & glazed in sweet & sour sauce.

The prep is rly not easy. But for the taste, it's rly worth it 👍
