smoky mayo, bbq, pico de gallo

Pricey if not for Burpple Beyond. The salsa (pico de gallo) served as refreshing contrast to the spicy chicken sausage (which imo was in this case a better match than kurobuta pork). Not too spectacular or special, but a comfortable variant on the ordinary dog. Would personally prefer a $1 ikea dog with mustard though!
