Tender, juicy and extremely well-marinated, the chunks were utterly delish. Locked with moisture and the flavours from the spices and yoghurt used, Butter & Spice’s variant of the classic Chicken Tikka also brought a little heat to the table but the homemade yoghurt and mint dip served on the side certainly helped. The slight char around the edges and savoury-sweetness of the meat was simply lip-smacking too.
