This was the yuzu shio ramen ($15.90++). The yuzu taste to the soup was v special! It wasn't too sour, but you can clearly feel the sour tinge of the yuzu at each spoonful of soup you take. The ramen used here was also unlike the typical Japanese ramen we were accustomed to, it is made of hokkaido whole grain wheat and rye! Our only gripe here was the ingredients portions were too little?
