Having first brush with B&L in London, I must say that I am impressed with what I have tried in Singapore as well. Well toasted and buttered brioche bun stuffed with generous chunks of lobster meat lathered in Japanese mayonnaise. Loved how the lemon adds a citrus, sour kick to the roll, complementing it extremely well. From what I remembered, pricing in London is way higher than in Singapore, which makes it doubly worth it. Yes, $28 for this might seem expensive. However, for an arguably simple, yet oh-so-flavourful roll done right, I will return to this some day (and also, dream of it occasionally).
