Here at Toa Payoh Hwa Heng Beef Noodles having a slurp-worthy bowl of dry beef noodles ($4 for small; $5 for large). Thick gravy that is slightly garlicky, with a generous portion of beef parts makes this bowl extremely satisfying. What I loved most was its beefy soup on the side, that was so cloudy rich, without the herbal taste which I very much preferred. Plus, I liked that I didn't feel too 'heaty' after the meal, unlike when I had the one from Hai Nan Xing Zhou Beef Noodles. Bendemeer Market and Food Centre is located at 29 Bendemeer Road.
