Signature Chilli Pomelo Crab πŸ¦€ Balls (S$10)
Hand peeled crab meat, bound by egg white, deep fried into a tasty ball, served with famous Blue Lotus chilli pomelo sauce.
While it was packed with chunky meat, the pomelo was barely felt.
By the way it gave me hives. Maybe it’s just me having a bad reaction .
