Had the 𝙋𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙤 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙧 (~$5) this time, and wow... really worth the price tag... One of the stronger tasting pistachio flavours I’ve had in ice cream, the flavour REALLY hits you 🍦 This might get too much though, so maybe sharing’s a good idea!

𝘼𝙥𝙞𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙧 (~$4.20), a flavour that really deserved to be named after the shop. The honey base of this ice cream was disrupted by subtle but present bittersweet cacao nibs — loved this 🥰

𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙤𝙖𝙡 𝙒𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 (~$6.50): imo not much difference between this and the normal waffle: but I must say I really love Apiary’s waffle textures: soft, slightly chewy and light enough!
