The Roasted US Choice CĂ´te de Boeuf was a massive 1kg slab of meat with a beautiful red marbled interior. So juicy & tender, and absolutely delicious! It was a pity we had to save our tummies for more food, because we really didn't get enough of this. And those side dishes! I've never been a fan of mac & cheese but now I'm a convert after trying their rendition.
