A veggie broth ramen topped with basil, olive oil, and a generous servings of fried shallots. Instead of pork bones, the soup base was cooked with seaweed, mushroom, and cauliflower. Mixing it in, it was a harmonious marriage of Japanese and Italian. I could not get enough of the flavourful and robust soup! The noodles were cooked to perfection (I chose extra hard). Opt to add on an egg ($2), with a perfect lava centre.

Service was great, the staff was very patient to explain the whole menu. Also, the decoration brought me back to Japan.
