My dad chose to celebrate his birthday here and as it is always the case with dining at “Lei Garden”, everything about our meal was pretty much flawless.
One of our favourites from amongst all that we ordered was this dish of steamed grouper with housemade X.O. sauce.
The boneless slices of fish were magnificently fresh and bouncy. Each slice was topped with just the right amount of the mildly spicy, umami sauce. This allowed the natural flavour of the grouper to come through while enhancing it with a little boost of tastiness.
