Easy, fast and we can add any ingredients to it.
Ingredients (for 2 Korean pancakes) :
💕1.5 cup plain flour
💕1 tsp sea salt
💕3 eggs
💕spring onions, cut into 4- 5cm-long
*I added bell pepper and onions.
💕deveined prawns, halved lengthways
💕vegetable oil

Steps :
1️⃣whisk the eggs with 1 cup of water. Place the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Pour in the egg mixture to dry ingredients, whisk until smooth.
2️⃣Add the spring onions and other veggies and mix to combine.
3️⃣Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add 1/2 the batter and Distribute half the prawns over the pancake before the batter sets. Once the bottom of the pancakes is golden flip the pancakes over.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the prawns are cooked and the spring onions are just starting to char.
Repeat for the remaining batter.
