The Hiroshima cream buns is one of Hattendo's classic product. The cream bun is so soft that it seems that it would fall apart the instant you pick it up. It is moist and fluffy that it seems it would melt the instant you put it in your mouth. I dived straight to their all-time favourite custard cream bun that contains a simple, light custard cream mixed with pure fresh cream. I also like their seasonal mango cream bun handmade with precision and oozing with rich custard and mango puree air-flown from Japan! The custard cream pudding in its original flavour was made with silky soft custard cream pudding on top of melted caramel. The texture was closer to a rich and creamy mousse instead of pudding.
