You can also try pickled vegetables. The meat comes with a layer of fat but most of it is lean. It’s sweet with taste of cinnamon and star anise.

One of the best braised pork buns in Singapore. Once dine in is allowed, will come back with family so that I can order more dishes like their Fried Hokkien Noodles and Prawn Fritters.
