BJ’s Favourite Steak ($36++), a plate of 300g of lean Australian beef flank, looked super delicious, & it was. Unfortunately, the texture was a little too chewy for my liking, but thumbs up for the great flavours especially with the za'atar butter & huge soft cloves of garlic.
