If you're around Bugis, leg on over to this spot along Tan Quee Lan Street for a satisfying dry ramen fix. The umami Mazesoba Nagoya Style ($12.90) sees springy noodles, spicy minced pork, and an onsen egg sitting in a generous bed of spring onions, whilst the equally delicious Mazesoba with Charsiew ($12.80) will suffice if you're not a spring onion fan.
