For folks who are not familiar with Yun Nann cuisine, their choice of spices includes ingredients from Thailand as the province of yunnan is relatively near to the Thailand and Myanmar/Vietnam border! So don’t be surprised to find ingredients like the lemongrass incorporated into their dishes.

YUN NANS’s signature dish is this Steamed Pot Chicken Soup which uses only a special breed of black feet chickens. The soup is brewed using a unique technique that does not require a single drop of water.

Other items to take note is the Stir Fried Wild Porcini Mushrooms with Dried Chilies and Truffle Rice Noodles in Prawn Broth! They were both excellent and compliments my meal well! I will feature more items in Part 2 of my @yunnans post!
