Throw back to my visit to @thekindbowlsg a plant-based Vietnamese eatery, born in line with the current global effort to โ€˜Go Greenโ€™ and the greater awareness of the health benefits. The menu items can be prepared allium-free upon request and the menu is straightforward, you get 5 to 7 main dishes to choose from, along with a few sides and desserts. Staffs are friendly and prices are reasonable. Very authentic Vietnamese taste bursting in every bite. This is one of the tastiest vegan food if not the tastiest.

A simple light-hearted soup served with silky flat rice noodles in a deliciously light, flavourful, sweet and slightly herbaceous broth topped with shredded marinated โ€œno chicken โ€œ seitan, sweet frizzled grilled oyster mushrooms, sprouts, fresh herbs and lime.
I am literally hook from the 1st mouth and this is the best vegan pho I have tried. Just having theumami taste broth and silky flat rice noodles alone is enough for me. Such a simple and comforting dish but with complex flavours! The noodle portion is very generous and worth noting that it doesn't feels oily or heavy. I finish up the whole bowl including the broth as it is so good! ๐Ÿคค

The Kind Bowl is a delightful experience. The ingredients use are fresh and the dishes are flavourful. Iโ€™d love to come back again.
