Went to Frapasbar by Saveur @ Cathay at 12:30pm on a Saturday and there was barely anyone so two of us managed to get a seat immediately. It only started getting more crowded at 1:30pm.

The food was pretty awesome - we ordered duck confit (tender and moist with buttery flavoured mash potato), and the escargot on bone marrow (just the right balance of garlic). My favourite was the mussels in cream sauce! Slurped up every bit of the sauce hahah.

Prices are the usual restaurant rates. Wouldn’t mind coming back again :)
