From Chirashi King Kong’s newest outlet at Millenia Walk — still good as ever and all for just $10.90; an item that I wanted to try ever since my previous visit to their Tanjong Pagar space. Served atop their signature truffle rice, the rice perfumes of an alluring truffle aroma that flavours up the entire dish without taking away the flavours of the fish. Liked how the salmon was drizzled in umami Mentaiko mayo; all smoky being blowtorched for a better texture. Really amazing how they have gone this far in such a small timeframe — a place I would revisit again!
