The large soft toasted white bread is hollowed, and the resulting sticks of white bread fingers are toasted and plated, along with crunchy juicy chunks of strawberry, pineapple, red water apple / red jambu, and young mango.

A garnish of grainy biscuit crumble, rough crushed peanuts, smooth assam shrimp paste gravy, and a creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream complete this.

Sounds complex, but it manages to somehow work, with bright fruity sweet savoury earthy spice flavours. It's large in portion, and is best shared.
