Unagi Ichinoji now can please both unagi and sashimi lovers with its Unagi Kaisen Hitsumabushi. The sashimi were pretty fresh and lightly marinated while the unagi was on the sweeter side. My only gripe was the soft warm rice which made the sashimi warm as well -- not used to it. And the idea of having my kaisen hitsumabushi with dashi stock was just perplexing.
