Though the looks of it doesn’t seem good, but trust me when I say this cut of the meat was superbly good🙌🏻. It’s super tender, succulent, flavorful and juicy with a tinge of charcoal taste.

Having tried restaurants well-known for their grills and encountering the steak being too charred on the outside and the steak being hard like a rock, I am really glad that @bedrocksg executed their grills perfectly! The exterior has a slight charred to it with a good charcoal taste while the steak remains succulently tender and juicy.

Definitely go big with their Ribeye Cap Steak with no regrets🤟🏻!
