Besides the western whisky series, the Flaming Char Siew (S$10.80) with secret Chinese wine concoction gave an extra sweet and savoury touch. And last but not least, the Aburi Char Siew (S$8.80) changes the char siew's flavour keeping flavours clean yet well-defined. The set is also served with a bowl of housemade wanton soup and noodles. The noodles are not the usual noodles that we usually had. They are thinner yet firm to the bite, best tossed with their homemade sambal balacan and homemade pickled green chilli for the sweet and sour balance. .
